I am Nafisa, though some call me Damiel. I am a multi-passionate first daughter, introvert, content creator, and entrepreneur. Novellisteer is my space to connect with ambitious women, introverts, and especially first daughters who are navigating the complexities of life while embracing their many passions.
What is Important to Me
At Novellisteer, I believe in embracing all that makes us unique. I am a firm advocate for freedom of self-expression, especially for those of us who don’t fit neatly into one box. Whether it is pursuing multiple career paths, thriving as an introvert, or balancing the heavy weight of first-daughter responsibilities, I am here to tell you that you don’t have to choose.
I believe in authenticity, showing up as my raw, candid self in every piece of content I create. Life isn’t about perfection, and at Novellisteer, I will never pretend to have all the answers. But together, we will explore, grow, and share, embracing the messiness and beauty of our journeys.
Community and Connection are central to what I do. I want Novellisteer to be a space where you feel heard, valued, and understood. A place where multipotentiality, introverts, and first daughters can find support, inspiration, and tools for designing a life they love.
What I am NOT About
Toxic hustle culture: I reject the idea that you must sacrifice your well-being to succeed. Here, we embrace rest, reflection, and balance. Success should never come at the cost of your health or happiness.
Perfectionism: Let us be real, life is messy, and perfection is an illusion. I’m not interested in perfection; I am interested in progress and growth. I am not here to present a picture-perfect life but to show you the highs, the lows, and everything in between.
One-size-fits-all advice: There is no “one right way” to live or succeed. If you are looking for cookie-cutter solutions or someone to tell you how to fit into society’s expectations, Novellisteer isn’t for you. I believe in developing your unique path and figuring things out as you go.
Conforming to acceptance: Novellisteer stands for individuality and authenticity. I am not interested in playing small or adjusting my identity to meet expectations. If you are here, I want you to feel free to show up as your most authentic self, too.
