Enemy of productivity, that is what you are going to read today
Hello Love, Today we are going to talk about the enemy of productivity
What Productivity You might ask!!
Productivity is having the power of being productive and creative in a timely manner.
Productivity is not only about getting things done but also getting them done the right way in a timely and creative approach.
Now we are going to list out some of the things, that is hindering us from becoming productive.
What are those 7 enemies Of Productivity?
Multitasking
Multi-tasking is when you are doing more than one task with the same manpower at the same time.
Instead of multitasking, you should do a single-tasking one at a time or if you are like me you can combine a less consuming task with a more time-consuming task as this would allow you to accomplish the most important task while deceiving your brain you did more than one task.

Refusing to delegate
As someone who works in the creative industry, and building 3 different brands, it is always important to delegate some tasks and if you can not afford them due to low income, try delegating some of them that can be done via tools for instance scheduling your content, automating your content promotion processes and more.
Failing to plan
Planning as a multi-passionate is very important, it does not matter what way you plan your day, what matters is you won’t forget anything important, so even if you are not following it step by step the most important thing here is that you are able to figure out what you are going to do that day.
Also, having a visual or writing overview of your daily, weekly or monthly schedule will subconsciously trigger your mind to already prepare for the tasks ahead.
Not resting in between
One of the things I do not like compromising on is rest as weird as it sounds I can not sleep for more than 4-hour straight and work for more than 2-hour without experiencing dizziness and fatigue.
Due to that reason, for every task, I completed after 2-hour I take a break of 20 to 30 minutes. this is a technique I love doing and you should try it, as not only does this help you replenish your energy and allow you to finish those 5-minute tasks.
Tracking Your Schedule
Not tracking your time, your habit, what you are doing and knowing what you were doing at that particular time might lead you to think you are not doing anything productive.
Tracking helps to analyze your behaviour & habits by documenting everything you do, this would allow you to then make the necessary changes and finally start getting the things you want to get done.

Not being In the Now
One thing about us humans is that we are always thinking of the past rather than the present, and this is something we tend to bring to everything we do.
Learn to become mindful of everything you do and be right here right now instead of in the past.
Learn to focus on your current task rather than how could you have done that task perfectly or at what time you could have done the task, so focus on your current now.
Your constant desire to do things perfectly
Let go of perfectionism. Just do what you know. You can’t fail if you prepare, start small and stay present.
Be productive, instead of just busy
By being aware of these 7 enemies of productivity, I hope I was able to help you become better at time management and to realize that being busy is not as important as being productive.
