First off I need to apologize to all my reader for not posting as I should have during the last 2 weeks, had no excuse rather than to say I catch the blogging flu for the past few days and it was terrible cause I hate not writing and if feel like I was wasting the money invested in hosting.
About Marriage Mistake
Mistake number one: Getting drunk in Vegas.
Mistake number two: Waking up in HIS bed with a HUGE rock on my finger (and our clothes missing).
Mistake number three: He is my best friend’s brother! Nooo….get it together girl. You did not do this. You did not just get married to your best friend’s brother!
Okay cool down babes…mistakes happen but everything can be fixed, right? This marriage needs to be annulled. Wait…why does the pregnancy test show those lines? Another mistake probably? Oops…Did I just get pregnant with his baby? Now what!
I decided to review Marriage Mistake cause the plot might have been a common story plot yet this can of felt different so it deserves my review and free thought, actually didn’t pick up the book cause of the cover or the muscle man on the cover rather I pick it up cause I want an easy read in between and am grateful for the book goddess for making me purchase thy book without further ado let get the ball rolling!!
My Review
As the name suggests this gives way to a drunk marriage that happened in La Vegas am beginning to think all marriage mistakes happen in Las Vegas (so when they say what happened in Las Vegas stay In Las Vegas that is not true!!!).

Marriage Mistake is about a best friend’s brother/friends to lovers book not my favourite troupe thought there’s a lot about the book that I liked, yet I dare not say that I loved it, 90% portion of the book is focused on their sexual relationship, with a rich description that I have to skip, THIS BOOK MAKE ME QUESTION WHAT TOO MUCH SEX SCENE IN A BOOK, There is not much I could say about MARRIAGE MISTAKE apart from that I do love the way we were introduced to each character starting from Amber as an independent CEO to Mickey’s childhood crush on Amber.
This is a book if you want just a hot sexy and easy real with all the inside drama that involved mistakenly marriage while struggling through all the trials and tribulations as they encounter to get through.
The book Marriage Mistake started at her friend’s wedding where Amber watches the wedding party come down the aisle. Mickey is a groomsman and has filled out, now muscle man. she saw him three years ago when he had a crush on her and she hung with his sister. Amber has worked hard and now runs a stunt company. Mickey is a rising star as an MMA fighter. When they get together the fireworks fly, till the morning when they can’t remember what happened.
About the character, I like Mickey’s character cause he took everything in stride and would’ve committed to Amber from the start if he had his way.
Amber was a little harder to warm up to, probably because of her childhood and giving Mickey a hard time or mostly ignoring him for his crush during his childhood. Amber was portrayed as a strong woman who had been through some tough times by losing both of her parents.
Being shuffled between the two and ending with her aunt who tried so hard to take care of her, she felt that it was up to her to take on that responsibility and it stayed with her into adulthood.-
While I enjoyed how the book shows their feelings towards each other, there wasn’t a ton of focus on the other parts of their relationship and other characters, cause whenever they do meet; a spark arises that either they are thinking about sex or having sex (though I suppose that’s part of the story).
If not for their obvious chemistry and the way the book explores Amber as a BOSS, I’m not sure I would’ve enjoyed the book nearly as much.
Hear me out, I do like that we were given enough view Amber as a CEO of a stunt company, I do feel like not enough issues were addressed about Amber’s being reluctant to start a relationship based on her experience as a child, maybe Mickey is what she needs to combat her insecurity.
Overall, it was a nice light and steamy read, not overly angst but also not getting too deep either if you exclude the sex scene.
